Tips for using these scripts
- Personalize the first line with the manager's name and one specific detail you noticed (e.g., "loved the fresh-bread section by the entrance").
- Never send more than one message without a reply. Bumps come 48h later.
- Voice notes convert better than text if you already know the person – re-record Message 1 as a 20-second voice note.
- Attach the 3-slide PDF (once exported) to Message 3 or Message 7.
- Track responses in a simple spreadsheet: Store name | Contact | Date sent | Reply status | Next action.
